Finally a Good Use of Drones... Saving the Elephants and Rhinos!

For the second time this year, a project has launched using technology and big data to stop poaching in Afrika. This latest project is a collaboration between Neurala and the Lindbergh Foundation's Air Shepherd program and uses artificial intelligence (AI) and drones to assist in stopping poachers. The first project is an ambitious endeavor by none other than Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, and uses big data to pre-empt poachers as well. Finally, an excellent use of drones!
