2Plus2 is the culmination of sisters Cathy Dew and Sally Dew, original Floridians, proud Oaklanders, connected by strong family ties. We are the intersection of analytic brainiac and organized imaginator. Cathy sees vision, leadership, tactics and timing. Sally embraces details, scheduling, translating ideas into things with order, precision, and simplicity. With us is Jasmine Lacebal, our VP of Everything. Degreed in computer science and multimedia technologies, her skillset is limitless and the sheer pleasure of working with her palpable. As CEO + Information Architect for 2Plus2 Partners, Cathy keeps the company focused on our mission to bring smart thinking to complex problems. Her background encompasses more than 22 years in information systems design and development, with expertise in critical thinking and holistic problem solving. Architect, artist, and designer, Cathy is passionate about making software work well -- the function, the experience, the result. She holds a BA in Architecture and MS in Computer & Information Systems from the University of Florida (Go Gators). Building on recent success with clients such as CooperVision, University of California Berkeley and the Port of Los Angeles, Cathy personally heads up strategy, analysis and interaction design services for 2Plus2 Partners. Sally Dew

Sally Dew

Design and user experience are at the forefront of everything Sally does. It’s how she works to transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, easy-to-use designs for people everywhere. She listens and understands user requirements, behaviors, and emotions to capture insights that inform strategy and guide the design of online experiences. At each stage -- from creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes -- Sally advocates for users, anticipating their needs and ensuring a final product that engages and delights. As a Project Manager, she provides premium customer support, responsive problem solving, ongoing knowledge transfer, and online training and documentation services. Sally's specialties include:

Jasmine Lacebal

Jasmine is a front-end developer with 7+ years of professional experience based in Sacramento, California. While she strives to create engaging and functional user interfaces, she is no stranger to the backend. Jasmine enjoys getting her hands dirty with server side code once in a while. As a certified Kentico developer, Jasmine is an expert at architecting sites on the Kentico CMS platform but she is also familiar with many other CMS tools such as DNN, SharePoint, and Wordpress. A graduate from the University of Oregon, Jasmine holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a special focus in Computational Arts and Multimedia. Jasmine's specialties include:
